Foundries Costruzioni Meccaniche, which produces cast iron castings with a great metallurgical, technological and total quality specialization.<\/p>\n

The foundry produces lamellar, spheroidal cast iron castings, chrome white cast irons, Ni-Hard and Ni-Resist with weights ranging from 0.1 to 10.000 Kg. Production takes place both with a modern automatic system and with “No-Bake” forming systems. “For medium and large castings up to 5000 mm in length. The company’s centers of excellence are also the heat treatment department able to carry out any type of treatment and the quality control laboratory capable of carrying out all chemical, mechanical and metallurgical tests on castings as well as non-destructive tests.<\/p>\n

The cast irons produced by BRAGONZI S.p.A. they are used in many industrial sectors. In particular, Crom-Hard\u00ae alloys (trademark registered by BRAGONZI S.p.A.) and wear-resistant Ni-Hard are used in the following main applications: Cement and extraction industry, Grinding industry in general, Mixing industry, Energy industry.<\/p>\n

The activity of the foundry is flanked by the mechanical workshop where the mechanical workings of the castings are carried out on CNC horizontal machining centers with dimensions up to 4000 mm and on horizontal and vertical lathes with a height of 5000 mm.<\/p>\n
