This development path has particularly focused on the die-casting department, where, thanks to incentives under the <strong>Industry 4.0<\/strong> framework, the company has been able to completely modernize its machinery fleet. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All <strong>die-casting cells<\/strong> are now integrated with the company\u2019s management software, <strong>enabling the real-time collection and storage of critical data<\/strong> for product traceability and job order management. From customer order to shipment of finished parts, each stage is efficiently monitored, ensuring <strong>greater accuracy, quality, and operational transparency.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>tooling department,<\/strong> dedicated to mold construction and maintenance, has also been significantly upgraded. Two outdated milling machines were decommissioned and replaced with a <strong>next-generation machine tool<\/strong>, capable of processing larger dies and mold bases with greater precision and shorter cycle times. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1170\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gslexport.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Versamento-alluminio-fuso-1170x590.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4258\"\/><\/figure>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Outlook for 2025 \u2013 Focus on Energy Savings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investments planned for 2025 will further concentrate on <strong>energy savings<\/strong>. Currently, PMB BUGATTI uses <strong>gas-fired furnaces<\/strong> for melting aluminum ingots. Leveraging incentives under the <strong>Transition 5.0<\/strong> plan, the company intends to r<strong>eplace its oldest furnaces<\/strong> with <strong>new high-efficiency models<\/strong>, dramatically reducing consumption and emissions.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1170\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gslexport.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pannello-forno_andamento-temperature-1170x590.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4261\"\/><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, a <strong>photovoltaic system<\/strong> will be installed, capable of covering more than <strong>50% of the company\u2019s energy needs<\/strong>, contributing significantly to on-site renewable energy production and reducing dependence on the traditional power grid.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1170\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gslexport.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pannelli-solari-PMB-1170x590.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4264\"\/><\/figure>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Environmental Sustainability \u2013 A Concrete Commitment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PMB BUGATTI\u2019s commitment to <strong>environmental sustainability<\/strong> is a core part of its strategic vision.
