Production capacity and know-how of our industrial divisions in data and images.

We would like to take this opportunity to present to you the new organisation of the Group with our 4 production divisions:

– The foundry division with the entire aluminium chain (die-casting technology, shell, sand-earth), the cast iron one (grey, spheroidal and special wear cast irons) as well as that of steel and sintered powders. Accompanying the foundry section is an additional tooling division for the design and manufacture of moulds, models and all equipment necessary for its production.

– The sheet metal working division encompasses know-how relating to all metal deformation work (light carpentry, laser cutting, bending and complete assemblies up to medium and heavy carpentry structures over 100 tonnes. In this case, large machining operations can be combined: milling up to a maximum limit of 12m and turning on a maximum diameter of 6.5m, shafts up to 18m in length.

– The machining division includes the entire chip removal segment, machining on CNC machining centres, machining of tooth, gear and motion transmission components.

– The plastics division contains all production technologies for plastics (injection, compression) and rubber (rubber metal, co-moulding), as well as the possibility of designing and making the relevant moulds.
